Service scope
What Weimpa does. Weimpa builds market intelligence products that explore markets, map companies and demand, and create discovery paths. 1000&1 Markets organize market participants and categories; Pages create focused discovery pages; Radar visualizes public website structure and discovery signals.
Third-party platforms. Weimpa may connect to third-party services (hosting, analytics, search and discovery platforms, scheduling tools, and messaging platforms). Those services have their own terms and policies. Availability and behavior of third-party platforms are outside Weimpa control.
Acceptable use
You must not use Weimpa or this website to create, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringes rights. Prohibited content includes (non-exhaustive):
- Illegal goods/services, instructions for wrongdoing, evasion, or fraud.
- Hate, harassment, threats, doxxing, or incitement to violence.
- Malware, phishing, spyware, or attempts to compromise systems.
- Copyright/trademark infringement, counterfeit claims, or scraped content without rights.
- False medical/financial claims, guarantees of outcomes, or deceptive testimonials.
- Spam, doorway pages, or manipulative behavior intended to deceive users or platforms.
Enforcement. We may remove content, suspend access, or refuse service if we believe use violates these rules or creates risk.
Privacy & data
What we collect. Basic website logs (IP, user agent, timestamps), page performance data, and interaction events. If you contact us or book a call, we collect the data you submit (name, email, message, scheduling details).
How we use data. To operate the website, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and product quality.
Sharing. We may share data with service providers needed to run the website and scheduling/analytics (for example, scheduling widgets and analytics tools). We do not sell personal data.
Retention. Kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymized where practical.
Terms (short)
- Website access. We may change or discontinue parts of the site at any time.
- Paid services. If you purchase Weimpa services, the signed order/contract governs scope, payment, and deliverables.
- IP. Pre-existing tools, templates, and software remain owned by Weimpa. Client-provided materials remain owned by the client. Deliverables are handled as defined in the contract.
- Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any liability related to paid services is limited as specified in the contract.
- Changes. We may update this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
